Corporate Account Manager
Vizo Financial is a state-chartered corporate credit union that aims to accelerate credit union success through proven insight and expertise. They are seeking a Corporate Account Manager who will serve as the primary contact for member credit unions, focusing on cultivating relationships and driving new business growth through targeted sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential members and clients, ensuring they are aware of new products, services, and enhancements that may benefit their organization
Develop and maintain a strong, long-term business relationship with the credit union leadership within an assigned territory
Meet all established communication and client engagement goals, including in-person visits, calls, emails, industry events and expanded relationship meetings
Execute the sales goals aimed to identify and pursue new business with current and potential credit unions to expand our service usage and member base
Utilize CRM tools to document sales activities, including calls, meetings, emails, sales opportunities, feedback and credit union needs or issues
Maintain a deep understanding of Vizo Financial’s product and service offerings, and effectively communicate their benefits to potential and existing credit unions
Identify credit union needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly to drive sales and meet sales objectives and goals
Represent Vizo Financial at key corporate and industry events, including conferences, trade shows, and chapter dinners, to build brand presence and generate new business opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to ensure Vizo Financial’s offerings remain competitive and relevant
Prepare and deliver presentations at industry events as required, positioning Vizo Financial as a thought leader in the sector
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), customer relationship management system (Salesforce), database software and internet software
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel for in-person meetings, events, and trade shows
Preferred
Credit Union Development Education (CUDE) preferred but not required
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferable within the financial services or credit union sector
