Prepare and review tax provisions (ASC 740) and related compliance work
Assist with corporate tax compliance and consulting for multi-state/national entities
Support tax planning initiatives and analysis
Work collaboratively within a team of tax professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate tax regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA certification preferred, or CPA eligible required
Tax Provision (ASC 740) experience required
2–4 years of progressive tax experience, ideally in public accounting
Strong technical skills in tax compliance and consulting
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 3 days in-office)
Must reside in NYC or be willing to relocate

Experience with top 20 accounting firms
Stable work history (minimal job hopping, ideally 1–2 years per role)
