Responsibilities

Review federal and state income tax returns before final partner approval
Prepare complex tax returns for individuals and businesses
Perform account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Provide tax planning advice and identify tax-efficient strategies
Collaborate with clients to collect documentation and answer inquiries
Stay current on tax law changes to provide accurate guidance

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years in public accounting
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Proven experience in tax preparation, review, and reconciliations

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members

Preferred

CPA license preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
