The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) is the statewide professional association for physicians and medical students, dedicated to educating and advocating for the physicians of Massachusetts. The Marketing Operations Assistant Co-Op will support various marketing operations initiatives, gain experience in marketing technologies, and assist with campaign reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support for a wide variety of marketing operations initiatives including ad campaign planning and scheduling, campaign set-up, testing and QA, email and ad campaign reporting, research, and some administrative office responsibilities

Create marketing campaign reports

Assist with marketing campaign analytics and reporting for email promotions and ad campaigns (contextual messaging and banner ads)

Manage promotions in e-newsletters and website properties

Traffic and report on onsite ads for marketing campaigns

Review test emails, verify links, and validate that landing pages and ecommerce pages are functioning properly

Perform QA and testing of landing pages and ecommerce pages

Create documentation for campaign reporting processes

Assist with other projects as needed

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred

Understanding of Business Intelligence and Web Analytics principles and terminology
