Responsibilities
Program Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT implementation programs, ensuring successful execution and delivery
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, assumptions, timelines, and resource allocation
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams, managing communication and relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Risk and Issue Management: Define and track risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the program's lifecycle
Quality Assurance: Implement project review and quality assurance processes to ensure project goals are met and stakeholders are satisfied
Reporting: Create and manage regular reports on project execution status and other key metrics in standard formats
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams, driving accountability and delivery excellence, and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the o9 Solutions platform and its related supply chain solutions
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with end-to-end IT implementation programs in o9 Replenishment planning
Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and risk management
Experience in identifying and implementing efficiency improvements across projects
Ability to define and document project objectives, scope, risks, and mitigation plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders
Experience in managing project budgets and resource allocation
