Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout
Run ground-up projects independently, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, inspectors, and project management teams
Enforce site safety programs and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and on budget
Foster a collaborative, accountable jobsite culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent running ground-up construction projects valued at $40M–$50M+
Strong background in commercial and/or multifamily construction
Demonstrated ability to lead large crews and subcontractor teams independently
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable traveling nationally for extended project durations
Preferred
Proximity to a major airport preferred
