Vendor Billing Associate (Entry Level)
Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client to hire a Vendor Billing Associate for an entry-level, contract opportunity. This role supports vendor invoice review and inventory verification to ensure accurate records and timely vendor payments.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of merchandise vendor accounts
Review open vendor invoices, shortage disputes, and proof of delivery documentation
Verify that products were physically received and properly recorded in inventory systems
Research discrepancies between purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and inventory records
Support accurate inventory adjustments and billing resolution
Assist with ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time
Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice and inventory issues
Maintain organized records and documentation related to vendor billing activity
Qualification
Required
Less than one year of related experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Comfortable reviewing transactional data and supporting billing processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
