Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Oracle databases to ensure high availability and performance
Apply patches and perform upgrades to keep systems up-to-date
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database-related needs
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience with IBM AIX, Linux, SUN Solaris UNIX operating systems
Hands-on experience with Oracle 18c, 19c
Proficiency in applying PSU patches to various versions of Oracle databases
Experience with upgrades of databases to 19c, including rolling upgrades
Strong understanding of Oracle architecture
Preferred
Experience with Golden Gate implementation and troubleshooting
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting experience on multi-node RAC systems on ASM
Experience with the upgrade and migration of large databases across data centers
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions
Experience with ASM instance creation and troubleshooting
