7+ years of operational leadership experience in high-growth environments
Proven ability to design and implement efficient processes
Managing HR and payroll systems
Managing benefits and publishing policies
Establishing accounts payable and expense controls
Overseeing recruiting operations from job postings to onboarding
Coordinating travel logistics and vendor relationships
Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
Supporting monthly financial close and cash flow reporting
Experience with global payroll and HR platforms
Strong financial operations knowledge including PO workflows and treasury basics
Proficiency with tools such as Rippling, NetSuite, and expense management systems
Exceptional process design and cross-functional coordination skills
