Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities to maximize sales impact and contribute to long-range growth strategies
Developing compelling proposals and estimates that align with company standards and customer objectives
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with large and key accounts, understanding their evolving needs to inform new product development
Executing a strategic plan to build relationships within the public and private fleet community, significantly increasing our specification rate in RFPs
Actively engaging in industry-associated functions and maintaining trade contacts in line with company policy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. We will also consider candidates with a High School Diploma and a proven track record of directly related experience
5+ years of successful sales experience
Highly desirable experience selling fuel management, GPS, EV, automation systems, telecommunications, electrical systems, construction services, or technology solutions to commercial and government fleet operations
Ability to travel 50% or more monthly within the assigned territory
Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems
Valid driver's license in good standing
Eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship
