Senior Registered Client Service Associate
TalentBridge is a highly respected, well-established regional wealth management firm seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and managing day-to-day client account administration while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering a consistently exceptional client experience
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, life events, and evolving financial needs to proactively support advisory strategies
Participate in client meetings, capture key takeaways, and manage follow-up actions
Maintain accurate, detailed client profiles across firm systems and custodian platforms
Manage day-to-day client account administration including new accounts, rollovers, transfers, and ongoing maintenance
Prepare and process paperwork related to annuities, insurance, alternative investments, and private offerings
Support trading activities under advisor direction, including cash-raising strategies, tax-loss harvesting, and trade reconciliation
Review account positions and cost basis to identify potential tax considerations
Prepare internal reports related to performance, projections, and client suitability
Support sophisticated client structures including family trusts, business entities, and corporate relationships
Assist with private banking solutions, lines of credit, private equity, private credit, and direct indexing strategies
Coordinate closely with external centers of influence such as CPAs, estate attorneys, private bankers, realtors, and executive assistants
Collaborate with Operations and Compliance to support new custodians, SMAs, and private placements
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and compliance standards
Utilize CRM and financial planning tools to document activity and maintain data integrity
Partner cross-functionally to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-attention-to-detail environment
Act as a trusted partner to advisors and may serve as a mentor within the office
Qualification
Required
Active SIE and Series 7 required
5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within wealth management or broker-dealer environments
Bachelor's or Associate's degree required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Strong service mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Series 66 preferred (Series 63 and/or 65 acceptable)
Experience with custodians such as First Clearing and/or Schwab strongly preferred
Familiarity with CRM and financial planning platforms (e.g., eMoney) preferred
