Responsibilities
Directly manages the most senior level sales team members
Develops strategic objectives for the direct sales organization
Develops strategic account management and pipeline across the organization
Designs programs to improve team’s business acumen and customer knowledge
Develops and trains the most senior sales team members
May manage complex or strategically important accounts and/or account teams
Most senior level Global Sales Manager
Develops strategy based on executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Typically, 18+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Typically requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)
Able to understand executive direction and translate into strategic objectives
Assists with development of training and development plans for directors and senior management
Comfortable managing a global team of the most senior sales team members
Expert understanding of customer/industry climate
High level of solutions and technical knowledge
