Responsibilities
Triage and resolve high-priority customer and platform issues
Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions to improve system reliability and user experience
Build internal tooling, dashboards, and monitoring systems
Develop deep expertise across the platform end-to-end
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with backend frameworks, API design, and event-driven systems
Proven problem-solving and system design skills
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Go, Python, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Rust, etc.)
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
Comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments
