Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable (LMA)
Communicate and cascade the company vision with clarity and purpose
Remove obstacles and create an environment where your team can succeed
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales team members
Conduct weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and ongoing sales training
Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
Manage performance, conduct reviews, and partner with HR on performance-related decisions
Create development opportunities that support long-term career growth
Meet and exceed company sales goals and key performance indicators
Coach and develop individual sales representatives to maximize performance
Use performance data to identify training needs and drive results
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience, or equivalent proven success
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency with computers and standard business software
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
Physically able to perform light lifting as required
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree
Construction industry experience
