5+ years expDiverse Lynx is seeking a Lease Administrator III who will be responsible for interpreting, abstracting, managing, and administering commercial real estate leases. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, landlords, and tenants to ensure accurate lease administration and financial compliance.

Responsibilities
Interpret and abstract commercial lease documents, amendments, options, ROFR/ROFO, and purchase agreements
Track and manage critical lease dates (commencements, renewals, expirations, options)
Maintain accurate lease data within lease administration systems
Support Stark compliance reporting and coordinate with Legal (OGC)
Manage estoppel certificates and SNDA documentation
Review and audit CAM and NNN charges to determine landlord vs tenant responsibilities
Calculate and implement CPI increases and rent escalations
Coordinate base rent, CAM, and operating expense payments
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve landlord/tenant disputes
Track security deposits and tenant improvement allowances
Generate lease abstracts and portfolio reports for leadership
Maintain lease files, databases, and reporting accuracy
Support floor plan analysis and rent roll reporting (BOMA standards preferred)
Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
Support real estate data integration with systems such as Lawson, Tableau, CoStar, and TracT Manager
Mentor and support junior lease administration staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recent commercial lease administration experience
Strong knowledge of commercial lease types (Base Year, Gross, NNN)
Hands-on experience with CAM/NNN audits and reconciliations
Strong understanding of CPI escalations and rent calculations
Ability to interpret complex lease language and financial terms
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
