Monitor multiple systems, including Dynamic Scheduling, SCADA, OMS, security cameras, and network monitoring, and handle issues following company procedures
Communicate effectively with field personnel regarding outages, job locations, and updates
Assist in dispatching crews during storms, outages, or other after-hours events
Maintain accurate records and reports
Answer and handle incoming calls according to procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple customer interactions
Comfortable using computer systems efficiently to ensure accurate and timely resolution
Preferred
3+ years of call center or dispatcher experience preferred
