Responsibilities
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, and sensors
Perform preventive maintenance
Support equipment upgrades to keep production lines running smoothly
Partner closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
Assist with installations
Maintain accurate automation documentation
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in electrical engineering required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting complex automated equipment or systems in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial sensors
Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation controls issues
Willingness to learn and collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and production management
Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting, etc.)
