Sales & Client Growth Executive - Insurance Vertical

Responsibilities
Generate new business by proactively prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities into new client accounts
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Direct strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within both new and assigned accounts
Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand their unique business goals and challenges
Develop and deliver client/prospect proposals/MSA/SOW, including resource planning, effort estimation, and pricing
Clearly communicate business and financial cases to successfully close sales and meet/exceed revenue targets
Execute strategic account planning to drive account growth, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
Provide high-impact sales presentations, demos, and executive updates EOX Vantage
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management and periodic business reviews
Develop relationships with centers of influence and industry partners to expand referral and lead-generation channels
Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to execute go-to-market initiatives and campaigns
Stay current with insurance industry trends and leverage insights to position EOX solutions effectively
Continuously learn and promote EOX Vantage products/services to support expansion into new and existing accounts
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management, preferably in a BPO, SaaS, or services-driven organization
6–9 years of insurance industry experience
Experience selling products/services to insurance organizations (MGA, Broker, and Carrier experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
Bachelor's degree required
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including C-Suite communication
High level of drive, ownership, and resilience in competitive sales environments
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly with prospects and clients
Preferred
Insurance designations or certifications (CISR, ARM, CIC, CPCU, etc.) are a plus
