Monitor federal and state regulations, update policies, procedures, and member communications
Maintain a comprehensive compliance library and ensure reporting deadlines are met
Support risk assessments, audits, and regulatory examinations
Identify compliance gaps and recommend process improvements
Provide guidance to teams on regulatory requirements
Develop and deliver compliance training to staff
Collaborate with departments to integrate compliance into daily operations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
2-4 years of compliance experience, preferably in credit unions or financial services
Willingness to obtain and maintain the Credit Union Compliance Officer (CUCO) designation
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and apply regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to upholding regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of compliance
