Design, support, and optimize z/OS transaction & network environments (CICS, IMS/TM, MQ, TCP/IP, Parallel Sysplex)

Lead upgrades, enhancements, and performance initiatives

Provide technical leadership to managed service providers and offshore teams

Drive system performance, reliability, and security through monitoring and tuning

Qualification

10+ years of hands-on z/OS transaction & network experience
