Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall construction management of commercial entertainment projects ranging in value from $5 - 20m
Act as the Owners Representative, managing the design team, managing budgets & looking after the clients best interests every step of the way
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of previous Construction Project Management experience required
4 year degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience required
Experience of Project Managing commercial construction projects upwards of $5m
Can come from a General Contracting background or Owners Representative background
Project Management, control & scheduling experience
Knowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to follow and implement details as shown on plans
Experience with managing teams & subcontractors required
