Responsibilities
Perform filling, capping, labeling, and packaging of finished products in a cleanroom environment in accordance with approved SOPs
Operate automated and semi-automated filling, boxing, case packing, and palletizing equipment
Prepare packaging components, materials, and production areas for product runs and changeovers
Execute production activities to meet schedule, quality, and throughput requirements
Accurately complete batch records, production logs, and other required documentation in real time
Verify materials, labels, and components to ensure compliance with product specifications
Adhere strictly to quality system requirements, cleanroom practices, and safety protocols
Perform routine cleaning, setup, and basic maintenance of packaging equipment and production areas
Identify and report equipment issues, process deviations, or quality concerns to supervision
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience following SOPs, batch records, and quality-controlled work instructions
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and documentation practices in a manufacturing environment
Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on automated or semi-automated equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based production environment
Preferred
2+ years of experience in industrial packaging, filling, or manufacturing operations preferred
Prior experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment strongly preferred
