Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business functions and systems supported in order to identify, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in the development, enhancement, and support of new and existing systems, applications, interfaces, and business processes
Lead and contribute to IT projects supporting both strategic initiatives and operational needs, managing responsibilities across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with IT team members to research, evaluate, and recommend system solutions based on current architecture, available technologies, capacity constraints, and desired business outcomes
Prepare and present proposals, analyses, and recommendations for management and end users as required
Develop, document, and help implement business systems policies, procedures, and standards
Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and workload
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of ERP environments
Working knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS), including Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Access
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop practical and creative solutions
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
