Interns will assist their teams with special projects and daily tasks, contributing to the company's success while gaining valuable industry knowledge and professional development.

Assisting with data analysis related to workforce planning, scheduling, or operational performance
Supporting dashboard/report development and validation
Conducting ad-hoc analysis and documenting findings for leadership review
Helping with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives

Comfortable working with data (Excel proficiency required)
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
Preferred
Exposure to SQL, Power BI, DOMO, or similar tools is a plus
