Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities for financial systems and ERP enhancements
Partner with executives, finance leaders, and technology teams to gather requirements
Support configuration, optimization, and documentation of financial ERP systems
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to financial workflows
Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system updates
Support data integrity efforts and troubleshoot system‑related issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally supporting finance/ERP environments
Experience with financial ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Infor, or Oracle NetSuite
Background in accounting or finance, OR a degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience partnering with executives, finance leadership, and technology teams
Strong documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
