Manage room assignments for all pending and last-minute reservations
Collaborate with Front Desk and Reservations to ensure smooth operations
Monitor room inventory and communicate occupancy updates to management
Identify and report potential overbooking or availability issues
Respond to guest messages and reviews across online travel platforms
Maintain accuracy in documentation, reports, and system entries
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest service needs as required
Provide professional, courteous communication with both guests and team members

Qualification

Required

2-3 years of front office experience; resort or timeshare background preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently or as part of a team
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
