Responsibilities
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Build, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop computers following documented procedures
Set up and maintain user workstations, including monitors, peripherals, and cabling
Assist users with meeting room technology (video conferencing, displays, audio, presentations)
Physically organize IT equipment, storage areas, and workspaces
Lift, move, and install equipment weighing 50 lbs or more when required
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow and update technical documentation as needed
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
Assist with general IT and operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow technical documentation accurately
Hands-on experience with computers and office technology
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Observant, proactive, and self-motivated
Preferred
Experience in IT support or desktop support roles
Computer building or hardware repair experience
Familiarity with meeting room AV systems (Teams, Zoom, projectors, displays)
Experience in an office or enterprise IT environment
