Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with draw requests, change orders, and project cost reporting
Perform accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice coding and reconciliation
Maintain project budgets, vendor documentation, delivery tickets, and project files
Support audits, sales tax reporting, and professional communication with vendors and internal teams
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Advanced Excel skills required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Prior experience in project or construction accounting strongly preferred
Experience with Timberline preferred
