Responsibilities
Utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects
Train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks
Qualification
Required
3 years applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in the Architectural design industry OR a combination of education and work experience in the Architectural field equivalent to 7 years
A strong understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects
Preferred
2 years experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements, etc
Specialized experience or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design
