Responsibilities
Analyze EHR-related patient safety data and identify risk patterns
Use analytics and AI-driven tools to support proactive safety interventions
Assess EHR workflows to identify system gaps and usability issues
Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations for leaders and safety teams
Collaborate with clinical, informatics, and operational partners to improve safety and workflow reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience in patient safety, healthcare analytics, or EHR systems
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Expanse or other EHRs
Skills in Python/R/SQL
Knowledge of healthcare workflows
Safety or quality certifications (CPPS, CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma GB)
