Responsibilities
Lead 2 account teams, ensuring day-to-day client needs are met with excellence
Participate in strategy and kick-off meetings, ensuring a seamless start for new client relationships
Develop and oversee media outreach strategies, guiding team members through successful pitching efforts
Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends, competitive strategies, and launch timing
Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and keep a pulse on industry trends relevant to client success
Set weekly goals for teams and mentor junior team members to foster their growth
Collaborate with senior management on agency-wide initiatives
Qualification
Required
5-6 years of PR agency experience, with proven leadership and team management skills
A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative while adapting to direction
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Advanced expertise with Muck Rack and media pitching
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to attend in-person client meetings and events when needed
