Responsibilities
Design, standardize, and implement a scalable operating system for Employee and Labor Relations
Convert core ER/LR workflows into practical playbooks, decision tools, and templates
Drive implementation and adoption across key workstreams, including investigations, performance management, reductions in force, and negotiation preparation
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations, including discipline, performance management, and investigations
Demonstrated experience operating at scale within large, complex enterprise environments (e.g., Starbucks, Oracle, IBM, or comparable)
Proven track record of building standardized playbooks and repeatable processes in a multi-state environment
Strong experience delivering cross-functional operational improvements within a matrixed organization
Working knowledge of union environments, grievance processes, and negotiation preparation
Creates structure from ambiguity and delivers usable work products
