Responsibilities
Lead the launch of the Blue Ridge/Jasper/Ellijay office, including identifying office space, coordinating buildout or setup, and onboarding new team members
Manage daily operations and oversee real estate closings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and superior client service
Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions
Build, mentor, and manage a small team while fostering McMichael & Gray’s culture of collaboration and excellence
Maintain and strengthen relationships with the firm’s existing Georgia partners, clients, and referral networks
Serve as the primary point of contact for Blue Ridge-area business, ensuring smooth communication and execution with the main firm offices
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Real Estate Law (residential and/or commercial)
Proven leadership, management, and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and capable of multi-tasking with precision
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Blue Ridge/Jasper/Ellijay, GA area
Willingness to work extended hours when needed (especially during high-volume closing periods)
