Responsibilities
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies
Represent clients in court hearings and trials
Must have experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions
Ideally someone who has experience participating in a trial and arbitration
Ideally experience billing time and reporting time, reporting directly to clients
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of litigation experience (defense preferred)
NJ and PA bar admission required
Experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions
Experience managing all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Ability to collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies
Experience representing clients in court hearings and trials
Preferred
NY admission is a strong plus
Experience participating in a trial and arbitration
Experience billing time and reporting time directly to clients
