Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Oracle APPS programs, including implementation, upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and ongoing enhancements
Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and delivery plans in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
Manage cross‑functional teams (functional consultants, technical teams, QA, infrastructure, and vendors)
Oversee Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, HRMS, or Projects, as applicable
Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation plans as needed
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, governance models, and compliance requirements
Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and timelines
Coordinate testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and go‑live activities
Facilitate regular program status reviews and executive‑level reporting
Act as the escalation point for critical issues and stakeholder concerns
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and adoption of Oracle best practices
