Responsibilities
User-Centered Design Execution - Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma along with other design tools
Apply UX best practices, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines to all design work
Conduct and incorporate findings from user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the UX Design Manager to ensure alignment with design strategy and project goals
Partner with product owners, project managers, and other marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences
Present design concepts and rationale to UX Design Manager, project teams and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in UX/UI design
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager a plus
Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Ability to iterate on design solutions based on stakeholder feedback
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field
