Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy for the S/4HANA program
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
Drive communication planning, leadership alignment, and end-user engagement
Support business process changes, operating model alignment, and change adoption activities
Monitor change readiness and proactively address resistance or adoption risks
Coordinate with Training and PMO teams to ensure seamless business transition

Required

Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for SAP S/4HANA implementations

Proven track record in engaging end-users and supporting business process changes
Skills in monitoring change readiness and addressing resistance or adoption risks
Experience coordinating with Training and PMO teams for business transitions
