Administrative Project Coordinator

Southwest Texas Regional Advisory Council is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator. This role involves coordinating and supporting meetings across various divisions and assisting with project oversight under the Administration Division Director.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and supporting meetings of all TSA-P concentration and functional areas
Supporting each division by scheduling meetings, updating progress reports, recording meeting minutes, and performing other assignments under the supervision of the Administration Division Director

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience creating a work breakdown structure (WBS) - translate requirements into tasks
Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, and verify scope
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experienced user of the MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Education: Graduate of an accredited school with a baccalaureate degree
Experience: Three years of experience in healthcare, public health or administrative position

Preferred

Five years of experience in healthcare, public health or administrative position
EMT
Completion of ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700 and ICS 800
