InternO'Reilly Auto Parts is offering a Summer Internship Program where students can work closely with experienced leaders across various departments. Interns will assist their teams with special projects and daily tasks, contributing to the company's success while gaining practical experience and developing a personalized Career Development Plan.

Responsibilities
Potential field interaction following up on routing and operational inefficiencies
Analyze hub operations and delivery routing metrics to identify efficiency and service improvement opportunities
Document current-state processes and assist with gap analysis and improvement recommendations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on standard work and waste reduction
Deliver a final presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Data analysis skills (Excel, data visualization)
Completed course work or project experience in operations, supply-chain, logistics, engineering or analytics
Basic understanding of continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, Process Mapping, KPIs)
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
