Graphic Designer
Goodwill of Greater Washington is seeking a Graphic Designer responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing print and digital marketing initiatives. The role involves ensuring brand consistency while partnering with leadership to create compelling designs that enhance visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Goodwill of Greater Washingtons brand- aligned visual content and graphics
Ensures consistent visual graphics and design integrity of GGWs marketing and communication channels
Recommend creative approaches, design standards, best practices, and emerging trends to strengthen GGW brand presence and effectiveness
Providing creative consultation and insight on all graphic design projects ensuring design solutions align with organizational goals
Effectively and efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects, establishing timelines and ensuring timely delivery with minimal supervision
Efficiently communicate and articulate ideas, strategies, and procedures to the marketing team and operational teams/stakeholders to translate strategic goals into visually compelling communications
Independently navigates though design nuances across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, web, etc)
Produces high-quality marketing designs under tight project timelines
Conducts independent research makes recommendations and implements the proper techniques for projects
Provide print and digital design services for multiple internal GGW and GEC departments, and for external campaigns/ promotions
Create and update print materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, direct mail, advertisements, etc.), signs, and collateral
Creating and designing informational graphics from text and data-based content
Effectively communicate with and send print ready artwork to third party printers
Create ADA compliant graphics, PDFs, and interfaces as needed
Analyze, report, and use email campaign data to adjust and plan for future campaigns
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding and awareness of brand consistency in all outputs
Ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute print and digital marketing initiatives
Experience in managing and maintaining brand-aligned visual content and graphics
Ability to recommend creative approaches, design standards, best practices, and emerging trends
Experience in providing creative consultation and insight on graphic design projects
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, establishing timelines and ensuring timely delivery
Effective communication skills to articulate ideas, strategies, and procedures
Ability to independently navigate design nuances across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, web, etc)
Experience in producing high-quality marketing designs under tight project timelines
Ability to conduct independent research and make recommendations for projects
Experience in providing print and digital design services for multiple departments and external campaigns
Ability to create and update print materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, direct mail, advertisements, etc.)
Experience in creating and designing informational graphics from text and data-based content
Ability to effectively communicate with and send print ready artwork to third party printers
Experience in creating ADA compliant graphics, PDFs, and interfaces as needed
