Responsibilities
Write long-form reports, sponsored research, case studies, trends updates, and Real Estate Almanac components
Contribute to framing and positioning of research narratives in collaboration with editorial leadership
Conduct background research, analyze source material, and synthesize findings
Develop structured, well-reasoned drafts that align with T3 Sixty’s editorial standards
Perform rigorous fact-checking and ensure all quoted material is accurate and sourced
Work closely with analysts, researchers, designers and editorial leadership to develop each deliverable
Collaborate on the development of survey questions to ensure clarity, relevance, and narrative usefulness
Analyze survey results and translate findings into clear, compelling insights
Incorporate survey data into reports, trends updates, and executive summaries with appropriate context and caveats
Accept and incorporate editorial feedback efficiently
Help maintain project timelines and report progress proactively
Propose ways to improve clarity, structure, or presentation of research findings
Assist with drafting executive summaries, methodology explanations, visual element captions, and supporting copy
Follow T3 Research and Publications style guidelines and maintain consistency across deliverables
Qualification
Required
4-7+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in B2B research-driven publishing and/or journalism
Skilled researcher, writer and communicator who can produce a range of outputs
Ability to write clear, structured, analytical content
Strong research, synthesis, and fact-checking skills
Comfortable working with data and methodology-driven material
Proactive energy, grit and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Adept with modern tools, from Zoom to content management systems and survey creation platforms
Conversant with AP Style
Familiar with SEO best practices
Preferred
Experience producing content about the business of residential real estate
