Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy
Participate in hearings, mediations, and client meetings

Qualification
Required
0–5 years of experience (clerks encouraged to apply)
Must be barred in Delaware
Preferred
Litigation experience is a plus, but not required
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, in‑office environment
