Responsibilities
Centralizing data capture and process flows through the client’s proprietary technology platform, SPI
Harmonizing transaction execution processes across private markets asset classes and strategies
Enhancing technology solutions supporting the client’s allocation policy
Centralizing sourcing, management and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools and provider relationships
Tracking newly raised capital entering the client’s platform
Adding new capital to the client’s transaction allocation engine
Facilitating transaction structuring, sourcing financing facilities and implementing hedging programs
Managing transaction funding logistics to ensure cash availability to close
Posting final legal closing packages to internal stakeholders when deals have closed

Ability to manage transaction and capital markets pipeline
Experience with private equity secondaries, private equity co-investments, venture capital, growth equity, real estate, infrastructure, and real assets
Ability to track multi-channel communications flows

Ability to centralize data capture and process flows
Experience in harmonizing transaction execution processes
Ability to enhance technology solutions supporting allocation policy
Experience in sourcing, management, and implementation of capital markets and fund management tools
Ability to track newly raised capital
Experience in facilitating transaction structuring and sourcing financing facilities
Ability to manage transaction funding logistics
Experience in posting final legal closing packages
