Responsibilities

Analyze existing Excel and VBA macro-based workflows and identify automation opportunities
Design, develop, and maintain automated solutions using Snowflake, Python, and/or C#
Migrate or refactor macro-driven processes into robust, scalable applications or data pipelines
Develop scripts, services, or tools to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
Integrate automated solutions with databases, data warehouses, and internal systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technology teams to gather requirements
Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for developed solutions
Troubleshoot and support automation solutions as needed

Qualification

Required

Strong development experience in at least one of the following: Python
Strong development experience in at least one of the following: C# / .NET
Strong development experience in at least one of the following: Snowflake (SQL, Snowflake scripting, or integrations)
Experience automating or replacing Excel/VBA macros or similar legacy processes
Solid understanding of data structures, workflows, and automation concepts
Experience working with databases and SQL
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
