Sheakley is seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator to oversee safety for a Dorm/Office building construction on the campus of UC Santa Barbara. The role involves conducting safety inspections, providing training, and enforcing safety protocols on the worksite.

Provide safety training as needed

Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols

Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence

Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required

Qualification

Required

OSHA 30 510 or higher

Excellent public speaking and communication abilities

Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction

Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
