Responsibilities

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments
Responsible for the accuracy of bins in the working area through bin audits and appropriate cycle count cadence
Ensures timely and accurate flow of freight through standard reporting
Audits purchase orders before posting to the host (Oracle)
Responsible for using desktop terminals, RF scan guns, and all Microsoft functions to identify, resolve and communicate all system/inventory issues
Responsible for compliance in process and procedure for all operational practices relating to all inventory management
Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate all facilities
Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices)
Must be able to see at close and far distances
Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively
Preferred
At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
