Responsibilities

Ensure the sales processes are effectively followed my managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Monitor pricing module to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Provide support for the sales team with pricing and quotations through the CRM system using price margin management
Generate and analyze sales data reports to support the sales team in accelerating business and providing customer service
Receive and acknowledge customer complaints, assign to respective department manager, and complete root cause analysis
Manage any product claims or returns with Sales Director
Manage and maintain customer master in SAP
Ensure proper filing of all documents and records in compliance to company standards
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community
Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA

Candidates must be based in Saint Louis, MO
