Responsibilities
Serve as Cognos superuser and analytics lead (currently on version 11.2, upgrading soon)
Design, develop, and optimize financial and operational reports and dashboards
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions
Support enterprise reporting governance, data integrity, and best practices
Troubleshoot reporting issues and improve performance and usability
Collaborate with IT and data teams during system enhancements and upgrades
Qualification
Required
Serve as Cognos superuser and analytics lead (currently on version 11.2, upgrading soon)

Preferred
Senior-level experience in financial reporting, analytics, or BI roles
Strong hands-on Cognos experience required
Exposure to Oracle environments (NoetixViews or similar) a plus, not required
Technical or IT background helpful but not required
Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
