InternO'Reilly Auto Parts is offering a Summer Internship Program designed for students to work closely with experienced professionals across various departments. Interns will assist their teams with special projects and daily tasks while developing a personalized Career Development Plan under the guidance of a mentor.

Assist their team with special projects and daily tasks that will contribute to the success of the company
Design their Career Development Plan with a mentor
Complete tasks and projects to gain the experience necessary to achieve their career goals
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Entering their junior or senior year of college (minimum 60 completed credit hours), or be a graduate student
Participate in on or off-campus activities outside of the classroom
Excellent communicators, both verbal and written
Passionate about contributing to and being a part of a positive culture based on win-win attitudes
Contribute to their local community through community outreach, service projects, etc
Ability to work full-time (40 hours) for 10 weeks during summer
