Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for routine maintenance and emergency service
Coordinate appointments and ensure timely customer follow-up

Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer documentation
Support invoicing, parts procurement, and warranty processing
Balance technician workloads to maximize scheduling efficiency
